Site supervision of construction works to meet deadlines Responsible for on-site construction planning, handovers and personnel arrangements and labor deployment Resolve various problems and handling emergencies on the site Liaise and coordinate with both the clients, foreign workers and office to ensure smooth operations Responsible for supervision of foreign workers and their wellbeing, health and safety and others Analyse and evaluate foreign workers and clients issues and feedback to improve client satisfaction Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures Planning, managing and coordinating construction activities Supervising and coordinating the work of construction workers
