Location: House of Learning / UK Headquarters, London Reports to: Fashion Training Lead Contract : Permanent, Full time. Your role @Chanel: Working hand in hand with the Fashion training Lead and the broader Fashion Training Team you will develop strategic and effective blended learning solutions in response to the needs of our Fashion business in a time of immense change. In response to identified needs, you will play an integral role in building and delivering the annual training curriculum, establishing a cohesive blend of local and global priorities. The role is an integral support to our Fashion Retail network in the UK and Ireland and demands a deep knowledge of all product categories and the CHANEL client experience as well as an holistic understanding of the Fashion Division and your role within it. As a divisional expert, you will lead in the development & delivery of relevant, impactful and measurable training programmes, assessing & analysing our impact to ensure relevancy. You will work collaboratively with the broader 3-Divisional training team and a wide variety of stakeholders from other teams within both the UK, other markets in our region and the Global Fashion Education team. You will act as a key ambassador for fashion expertise and drive blended learning culture and positive engagement with all training initiatives. You will also act as a representative for UK Fashion Training during Global Seminars, endorsing our innovative and inspiring learning approach. The role is based in the UK House of Learning but also requires active and consistent interaction with retail teams within their Boutique environment. The role involves national and global travel. What impact you can create at Chanel: Work with the Fashion Training Lead & broader team to co-develop the core training curriculum for the year in line with strategic local & global priorities. Create engaging, outcomes-driven, and experiential learning moments and to support in the implementation of blended learning solutions. Project management and delivery of Collection Training, a key focus for 2026, to ensure alignment of messages with the Global vision and to support UK Boutique network to feel confident in this vision. Fully owning end-to-end execution. As a subject matter expert, oversee the organisation, design and delivery of specific category expert courses. Supporting in strategic training events such as Fashion Festival, Clienteling Academy & bespoke workshops in collaboration with key stakeholders within the Fashion division, both in the UK and other markets in our region. Collaborate effectively with Style Expertise to ensure all retail populations are receiving relevant and up-to-date messaging, aligning with the Global vision and supporting retail teams to feel confident in understanding the CHANEL allure. In partnership with the Brand Education Manager, the Learning and Development team & key internal stakeholders to consistently renew, update & manage the new hire induction programme - in-class and digital - to create a progressive, relevant & impactful on-boarding programme. Lead collaboration with Digital Learning Manager to create & edit UK content for our Fashion e-learning platform, Inside Fashion Learning, as well as develop strategies to improve digital engagement and implement blended learning strategies Measure and report on effectiveness & impact of training delivered in the Academy and in-store, both in a quantitative & qualitative way. Actively contribute to our organisational learning culture and ensure that all learning programs are consistent with the CHANEL mission and culture. Work in collaboration with Marketing and Merchandising teams to ensure cohesive and consistent communication and support is delivered to the Boutique network, driving connectivity between the head office, training, and retail communities. Exemplify the CHANEL culture and philosophies of the organisation and act as a role model for others. Act as a representative for UK Fashion Training during Global Seminars, ad hoc events and internal and external meetings endorsing our innovative and inspiring learning approach. What you will bring to the role: Minimum 3 years' experience in effective and impactful training facilitation and coaching. An approachable, collaborative and team focused individual.
