Voice Engineer - Sao Paulo

Requirements

• Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure (IP and Voice services).
• 10+ years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting Routers; Switches and Telephone Systems.
• Knowledge of Cloud tools and environment, preferably AWS.
• TDM and NGN Telephony Networks.
• Installation and configuration of network equipment.
• Installation and configuration of VoIP, IP PBX or UCaaS equipment.
• Network protocols - TCP/IP.
• SIP signaling protocol.
• Data communication links, E1, Metro Ethernet.
• Software like: Splunk , Zabbix , SolarWinds.
• Completed or ongoing higher education related to the area of Technology, Networks and/or Telecommunications (Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Networks or similar).

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for a Voice Engineer only from Sao Paulo, Brazil. We are looking for a highly qualified professional to fill the position of Telecommunications Analyst in our team. The main focus of this role will be to act as an analyst specialized in the services of a TDM/VOIP telephone operator.
