You'll combine strategic thinking with creative writing to differentiate our offerings in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Drive Proposal Success
• Master Contract Development
• Partner with contract specialists to develop clear, compelling contract language that protects Parexel while meeting client expectations. Navigate complex contractual requirements and MSAs with confidence. Identify potential issues early and work collaboratively to resolve them before signature.
• Build Organizational Excellence

Requirements

• Experienced : You bring very strong proposal and/or contract management experience from a CRO or similar organization.
• Detail-Oriented : You have an exceptional eye for accuracy and quality, with strong organizational skills that let you juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.
• Strategic Communicator : You write with clarity and impact, crafting language that resonates with clients and differentiates our solutions.
• Global Mindset : You understand the nuances of clinical research across different regions and cultures, with experience working in multinational environments.
• Team Player : You're confident collaborating across all levels, from frontline staff to senior executives, and you thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• Tech-Savvy : You're proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), design tools, and database systems.
