Lead, coordinate, and monitor a team to ensure productivity and service standards are met. Allocate manpower and oversee workflow planning. Ensure laundry items are processed accurately and delivered on schedule. Maintain workplace cleanliness and compliance with safety procedures. Train, coach, and support team members. Prepare operational reports and escalate issues when required.
