The Sr Analyst on the CI team will serve as a process and business liaison to the fulfillment teams. Their primary objective will be to identify performance opportunities across sites, quantify the business opportunity and leverage their plant relationships to deliver recommendations to the Home Chef Operations leadership team. As a leading strategist on the National CI team, this role is a plant facing, change driver that is constantly assessing plant performance and distance from target, assessing best practices, and leveraging the necessary plant process expertise to deliver change recommendations to the plant fulfillment network. Detailed Responsibilities Strategic Project Work: Execute on strategic initiatives requiring advanced data and analytical support delivering projects that deliver results against key performance metrics. Continuously optimize production plans and planning tools to support plant function, and make routine plant knowledge automated for ease of execution. Partner closing with plant teams to establish process expertise and create trusted relationships to drive change. Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop models and methodologies to monitor success of multiple facets of the business (facility capacity, machinery usage, labor, production, etc.) Find innovative ways to make data actionable for our production teams - build processes to better collect, store, and visualize operational data in a meaningful and impactful way Enable data-driven decision making by reporting on core KPIs and performing ad-hoc analyses Setting strategic priorities: Leverage fulfillment KPIs & reporting to identify and quantify opportunities for process improvement Help team to structure project work and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations Develop project recommendations through close work with the plant fulfillment leaders to pair opportunity with plant need\ Collaboration with operations technology team: Develop V1.0 of tools and reporting to support efficiency and quality improvements at the plants Partner with operations technology team as business lead in the development of technology-driven applications to implement in the plants This position requires at least 25% travel.
