Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience working with data analytics or data science teams to deliver reporting, analysis and insight or a quantitative degree
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Mode, Tableau, or Lookr
  • Familiarity with Google BigQuery, AWS, or other big data environments
  • Comfort with version control (Github, code review)
  • Experience leading product or subscription analytics strategy
  • 5+ years of experience communicating key insightscross-functionally(written, visually and verbally)-

  • The annual base pay range for this role is between:
  • $156,000 - $185,000 USD
  • For roles outside of the U.S., information on benefits will be provided during the interview process.

In this role, you'll be responsible for bringing insight and visibility to the performance of our subscription funnel. You will lead the roadmap and strategic direction for Growth Conversion analytics. You will provide leadership and guidance to teams, establish key performance indicators, and leverage data-driven insights to drive results and uncover opportunity. This is a people leader role requiring a player-coach mentality. You will report to the VP, Growth Analytics.
