Responsibilities
- Remarket existing accounts as client requests or market environment warrants
- Cross-Sell other lines of coverage to promote organic growth and round-out needs of clients; coordinate with teammates in other departments as necessary to drive growth

- Travel for team, company, client and prospecting functions as necessary
- Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum of 2 years property and casualty insurance experience, Fine Art preferred
- College degree (preferred)
- Valid P&C Brokers' license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow process and procedures guidance.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to display tact and poise under pressure when working through issues
- Ability to work efficiently in teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems, AMS 360 and Work Smart and Epic preferred
- Pay Range:
- $51,800 - $85,000 Annual
- The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
