- What you'll bring to the team:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or operationally complex environments
- Experience building software that supports physical processes (manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, industrial systems, ERP, or similar domains)
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason through multi-process environments and upstream/downstream dependencies
- Proven ability to distill ambiguous problems into structured, complete, and actionable requirements
- Demonstrated ownership and proactive drive in lean or fast-paced environments
- Experience collaborating across varying technical levels, translating between factory operators, business stakeholders, and engineers
- Comfort discussing technical tradeoffs, data flows, and architecture-level considerations with engineering teams
- A structured and holistic approach to product discovery, scoping, and implementation
- Preferred Background:
- Experience in manufacturing or adjacent operational domains
- Experience working on complex internal tools or operational software (MES, Factory Software, Inventory Systems, ERP)
- Exposure to early-stage or 0-1 product development
- Technical academic background such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
