Above all else, we are looking for someone with a real world technical background. You should have a foundational understanding of the industrial world, perhaps as a former technician, maintenance assistant, or industrial consultant. You need to know your way around a factory floor and understand the basic systems that keep a facility running. Because this role focuses on the first phases of the ADDIE process, you must have a solid grasp of instructional design principles. You will be responsible for taking raw technical data and organizing it into a logical plan for learning. Finally, you should be an AI-First thinker. You will use tools like Gemini to speed up mundane tasks so you can spend more time on the creative architecture of our curriculum.
