Food Processor (Frozen Pork)

About the role

Main duties and responsibilities Cut, trim, and prepare pork products according to production specifications and quality standards Portion and pack pork products into appropriate packaging with label, weigh, and seal accurately Pick and prepare customer orders according to order lists and delivery schedules Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the processing area, equipment, and workstations Follow food safety regulations, workplace safety procedures, and Standard Operation Procedures Store and handle pork products under the required temperature and hygiene conditions Assist with stock movement, inventory checks, and replenishment when required Working hours 6 working days (Monday to Friday: 8am - 6pm, Saturday: 8am - 5pm) Office location 23 Chin Bee Avenue, Singapore 619943 (Nearest MRT: Boon Lay) Job requirements Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods Comfortable handling raw pork products in frozen processing environment Able to lift and carry items weighing up to the required workplace limit Able to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in food processing or meat handling is an advantage; but not mandatory (Training will be provided) We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
