Strategic Research: Access knowledge databases and interview subject matter experts to gather deep insights of institutional knowledge to create enterprise-grade documentation. Content Creation: Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation in multiple formats (text, images, video) for both internal and external audiences. 2. Linguistic Mastery & Technical Writing Impeccable English Command: Maintain absolute authority over the English language, ensuring every deliverable reflects perfect grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure. Editorial Excellence: Act as a final-gate reviewer for the team, producing error-free, "awesome-quality" content that translates complex operational workflows into easy-to-comprehend stories in alignment with Circles standards. Advanced API & Technical Documentation API Specialization: Take ownership of API documentation by reading and understanding API request-responses and interpreting code written in languages such as JavaScript .
