Responsibilities

- Deep understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM best practices, with a focus on asset lifecycle management

- Your Experience:
- 5+ years of ITSM and process management experience, with relevant post-secondary education (or equivalent)
- ITIL Foundations certified, with ServiceNow experience, considered an asset
- Strong expertise in contract, licensing, and data privacy practices, including hands-on experience with Microsoft license management tools
