This is your chance to learn, grow, and thrive in a dynamic and inclusive organization. Lead technology Deployment activities across spaces in automotive lubricants in line with business requirement. Operate as subject matter expert with other experts and technologists to; deliver proof of performance testing, deploy products, train the trainer for product launches, support existing technology, customers and new business (including technical input to tenders). Build and manage positive relationships with internal customers (Marketing, Supply Chain, Product Development, Sales) and external customers (OEMs, industry bodies, suppliers) to co-create technology solutions, accelerate deployment, and ensure alignment with business priorities, market needs, and evolving legislative requirements Provide technology expertise in customer support by product recommendation, resolution of application & performance problems; counterfeits; product waivers; material substitution; specifications; applications. Present technical material at customer events, at external technical seminars and conferences, drive technical advocacy to showcase technology innovations. Provide product and application advice with training to technical network/sales technical staff. Provide input and advice into new product development projects. Subject matter expert in collaboration with other technologists to deliver validation/customer approval tests. Identify locally sourced purchased finished goods and raw materials. Support resolution of local raw-material shortages and quality incidents. Provide leadership on the integrity and management of technical data. Review and advise on product technical marketing claims and other related communications for use in regional / local markets. Develop and share expertise to facilitate continuous improvement within the Technology Deployment team. Leverage digital tools and analytics to enhance insights, strengthen decision-making, and improve efficiency across deployment and innovation. Education PhD or MSc Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Engineering or related technical discipline.
