Responsibilities
- CDL Driving Duties:
- Safely operate and maneuver commercial vehicles, including dump trucks, end-dumps, flatbeds, and equipment trailers
- Transport construction materials, equipment, and machinery to and from job sites

- Support equipment operators by spotting, guiding, and maintaining safe work zones
- Help install and maintain job site materials such as forms, barriers, and temporary structures
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist with basic maintenance of equipment and tools
- Follow all safety protocols, including PPE requirements and hazard recognition
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
- Clean driving record with no recent accidents or major violations
- Minimum of 1 year of CDL driving experience (construction industry experience preferred)
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
- Ability to operate commercial vehicles in various road and weather conditions
- Willingness to travel and work in the field as a laborer when not driving
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
- Strong communication and time management skills

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CDL Driver / Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a truck and trailer to transport materials and equipment to and from job sites.
