Your opportunity You will assist key areas of our EMEA & LatAm Client Group Governance and Oversight, and in particular, Customer Governance and Investor Protection, Distribution Oversight and Business Engagement. This will include the compilation of consistent and insightful reporting to JHI fund and management Boards, internal committees, and Client Group senior management. You will have a focus on our UK, EMEA and LatAm business, with the opportunity to be involved in corporate projects, including exposure to senior management within the Client Group function as well as across the wider business. Responsibilities include: Customer Governance and Investor Protection Act as a customer advocate and consumer regulation subject matter expert, with a focus on existing and emerging investor protection regulation within Janus Henderson. Support the embedding of good consumer outcomes and fair treatment of customers within the Client Group as well as across the wider business. UK Customer Interests Committee - administrative support including meeting scheduling, board packs and minuting of meetings and collation of specific consumer reporting and management information. UK regulated Board engagement for Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) - quarterly Board management information and reporting and Annual Consumer Duty Board reports. Support representation of the Client Group (and customers) to other internal governance committees Provide a centre of excellence for consumer testing, research, and feedback. Distribution Oversight Support the management governance and oversight of the Client Group. UK EMEA Distribution Oversight Committee (sub-committee of the Executive Committee) - administrative support including meeting scheduling, board packs and minuting of meetings and collation of specific Client Group reporting and management information. UK regulated Boards, EU Management Company, and EU Fund Board engagement - administrative support including compiling board reports and collation of specific Client Group reporting and management information. Support distributor due diligence and feedback processes, including tracking and collation of Consumer Duty distributor to manufacturer feedback. Business Engagement Build cross functional relationships and collaboration within the Client Group to improve Client Group delivery and success. Client Group engagement and implementation for regulatory change projects Client Group engagement and implementation for strategic corporate projects Collaborate with internal departments across the Janus Henderson business to ensure positive interactions and understanding of the EMEA & LatAm Client Group.
