Responsibilities

• Global FSSC Development and Transformation
• Design, build, and lead the Group's global Financial Shared Services Center.
• Drive either a 0-to-1 FSSC establishment or a global transformation and upgrade program.
• Develop a scalable operating model supporting:
• Multiple countries
• Multiple legal entities
• Multiple currencies
• Promote process standardization, centralization, automation, and digitalization across global operations.

Requirements

• Led or played a critical leadership role in building an FSSC from scratch (0-to-1), or
• Led a major global FSSC transformation or integration initiative.
• Business-Finance Integration Expertise
• Hands-on experience with:
• Business-Finance Integration (BFI) programs
• ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise systems
• Finance digitalization and transformation initiatives
• International Exposure
• Must possess:
• Overseas working experience and/or
• Extensive multinational business management experience
