Start here. Grow here. At AECOM, we are currently seeking an Associate - Cost Management to join our Galway office. As an Associate, you will take a leading role in the delivery of Cost Management commissions, with responsibility for ensuring successful outcomes from inception through to completion. You will: Lead the delivery of Cost Management commissions, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard of client satisfaction. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Senior Surveyors, Project Surveyors, and Graduates, supporting their development and performance. Act as the primary point of contact for AECOM clients (both new and existing) across assigned projects, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships. Oversee the efficient management of commissions, ensuring effective coordination of resources and delivery teams. Identify, develop, and lead bids for Cost Management services across the region, supporting business growth and opportunity generation. Ensure all team members under your supervision maintain appropriate and up-to-date training and professional development. Manage the delivery of Cost Management outputs in line with agreed timelines, quality expectations, and client requirements.
