Sr. UX Designer

Requirements

• Visual Design
• Content Strategy
• Front End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• We have other visual designers, developers and content strategists who can contribute, so that's why these skills aren't as critical for the project.
• Required Experience:
• Project Management & Leadership (they will be in charge of large UX projects)
• Strong Communicator - both written and verbal. They need to be able to sell their ideas.
• Nice to Have Experience:
• Enterprise UX - it would be helpful if they've had experience doing UX work for large enterprises. It is a different mindset and expectations.
• Agile -
• Portfolio is Mandatory!
• 20% Travel is needed for the project
