About the role

Looking for both Part-Time and Full-Time NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Operations - FOH Ensure service offered is of the highest quality and make the customer feels welcome at all times - Be the Service Ambassador To have a full understanding and knowledge of all items that is offered on the menu To prepare the shop for opening, and ensure cleanliness in the shop after closing Taking customer orders Make menu recommendations and perform up-selling skills To perform duties at the cashier, ensuring that payments are being charged accurately To be efficient and create high turnover during peak period while maintaining service standards Maintain highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude towards colleague and customers Operations - BOH Prepares all raw cooking materials and all mise-en-place as required Prepares orders according to the recipe and ensures accuracy in portioning Always ensure appealing food presentation Prepare and cook food in designated areas Monitor food inventories and place orders Ensure all hygiene standards are observed at all times To work safely, efficiently and being productive at all times Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors Any ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements With or without experience are welcome as training will be provided Ability to multi-task and work independently in a face-paced environment Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset Demonstrate ability to work as a team Call / WhatsApp 97581741 to find out more information or email to coco.recruit@gmail.com
