Anticipated End Date: 2026-08-10 Position Title: Agency Service Rep II (US) Job Description: Agency Service Representative II Shift: M-F Location: Virtual - This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless accommodation is granted as required by law. The Agency Service Representative II will be responsible for providing advanced customer service support to brokers selling company products via telephone or written communication. How you will make an impact: Assists agents and brokers via telephone or written communication Responds to inquiries involving commissions, legislation, product information and policies and procedures for Individual, Small Group, Dental and Life Will be expected to average a certain number of phone calls per representative per week, average pieces of correspondence to be processed per day Coordinates mailings and fulfillment requests Assists in broker road shows Provides reports to brokers Works on special projects Minimum Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or a GED equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of related customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: Previous health insurance industry experience preferred Advanced benefits, claims processing or membership knowledge preferred Bilingual may be preferred, not necessary For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $17.61 to $22.01 Location(s): California In addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
