Responsibilities
- Design, iterate, and operationalize global AI policies, governance frameworks, experimentation protocols, risk assessments, and playbooks spanning investment research/management, client facing tools, HR/talent processes, and operational automation

- Required Qualifications
- JD + active CA or NY Bar (or eligible for CA or NY Registered In House Counsel registration)
- 3-4 years' experience in law focusing on technology transactions, data/privacy, or financial services regulatory counseling
- Demonstrated success designing or operationalizing AI governance frameworks with practical integration of regulatory requirements, information security and global risk
- Strong transactional foundation with experience negotiating IT vendor, SAAS and AI provider contracts and developing AI/cloud/data templates and playbooks, such as for AI enable contract markup and intelligence systems
- Proven ability to coordinate complex, multijurisdictional projects (U.S. hub with EU/Asia input)
- Demonstrated experimentation with AI tools in legal practice
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with credibility across senior investment, HR, client, and/or operations stakeholders
