- Availability : You can work with our team and patients full-time, four days per week.

- The expected compensation for this role is $140,000 to $170,000 annually, depending on experience.
- Our office is based in Providence, RI and you will deliver in-home care to patients in RI and potentially Southeast MA. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
