About the role Native Earth is looking for passionate, reliable and values-driven people to join our team as Native Earth Facilitators . This is more than a standard support worker role. A Native Earth Facilitator is a mentor, role model, life coach, motivator, adventure enthusiast, business-minded coach, trusted support person, outdoor action adventure tourism guide, and life inspirer who helps people with and without disabilities build confidence, independence, purpose, connection and direction. Native Earth is working towards becoming an all-inclusive brand that supports people with and without disabilities through mentoring, motivation, support, adventure, personal development, community connection and meaningful life experiences. We believe one of the biggest challenges facing people today, especially younger generations, is the loss of genuine human connection. So many people are spending more time on phones, screens and social media, while becoming more disconnected from each other, from nature, from community and from what truly matters. Native Earth is on a mission to help reconnect people to real life. We want to bring people back to genuine human connection, not just connection through a screen. We do this through facilitated, supported and meaningful experiences in safe environments, led by healthy-minded, high-calibre people who genuinely want to improve the lives of others. Our facilitators help people engage with the outdoors, nature, community, movement, adventure, conversation, personal growth and real-world experiences. The goal is to create spaces where people feel supported, encouraged, included and inspired to live with more confidence, purpose and connection. At Native Earth, we believe support should feel real, human and empowering. Our facilitators help people participate in everyday life, social activities, outdoor experiences, respite, travel, recreation, mentoring, skill-building, community access, personal development and goal-focused experiences. This may include supporting someone to attend appointments, go shopping, enjoy the beach, explore nature, join social activities, develop routines, build life skills, attend events, work towards personal goals, explore business-minded ideas, or participate in safe adventure-based experiences across Perth and regional Western Australia. This role may suit someone who enjoys people, nature, travel, community, mentoring, wellbeing, personal growth, outdoor activities, adventure, motivation and meaningful work.
