About the role

As a Snack Bar Lead , you will work under indirect supervision to oversee ordering, receiving, sales, inventory, cash control, and security. Monthly Salary: $3,336 to $4,428 | Range 37 Steps A - M| Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110 , the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Required Qualifications: Possession of food handler's permit AND two years of experience in food service work, including one year of lead experience; OR equivalent education/experience. Possession of, or ability to obtain, a Food Handler's Permit within 14 days of employment.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service.
  • Experience in planning, prioritizing and assigning tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, co-workers and constituents.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
