Camp Save a Life Camp Counselor-1

Responsibilities

• 1: Receive telephone calls and refer them to the appropriate individual or department.
• 2: Take and transcribe messages to ensure prompt transmission to the appropriate party.
• 3: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate individual.
• 4: Provide general information about the organization to outside callers (e.g., applicants, and vendors).
• 5: May ensure that a visitor's log is maintained and issue visitor's badges.

Requirements

• Education: High School or equivalent required.Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Management Experience: N/A
• Skills & Abilities: Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of personal computer use, Microsoft Office Suite, use of office equipment. Standard typing skills required. Ability to work on a team.
• Travel: None or very little.
• Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).
