YOUR OPPORTUNITY As the Global Labels and Cartons Category Manager, you will ead the global sourcing strategy for labels and cartons shippers, ensuring alignment with our long-term growth goals and key global and regional stakeholders. You will lead the Supplier Partnership Program with global suppliers, developing strategic plans to achieve critical procurement and sustainability objectives: ABOUT YOU To support the Best 10 years of the Bacardi group, we need you to be Fearless, have a Founders mentality, and treat others like Family. You will need to be able to implement strategies, define clear roadmap with suppliers and drive actions while ensure continuity of business. RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE Strategy Implementation Lead the development of global sourcing strategies to maximize leverage and support long-term strategic growth. Define, build and align global sourcing strategies maximizing Bacardi's leverage on a worldwide basis supporting Bacardi Company's objectives Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure strategy alignment and sign off. Lead the global implementation of sourcing strategies, providing support and coaching to regional leaders to ensure successful execution. Establish best-in-class sourcing and contracting practices, enhancing supplier relationship management, allowing clear and auditable financial reporting, and promoting responsible sourcing and sustainability practices. Set and manage budget targets and regularly updates long-term financial plans in collaboration with our finance business partners. Enable local/regional sourcing opportunities to support growth ambitions. Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, integrating them into our business processes to enhance value. Execute comprehensive supplier management strategies, including business reviews and top-level meetings, global and regional governance ensuring supplier alignment with our objectives. Ensure supplier compliance with Bacardi's sourcing policies and sustainability standards. Develop a diversified supplier base that meets our needs across innovation, contingency planning, supply chain agility, and sustainability . Sustainability and Continuous Improvement: Lead the category towards significant sustainability improvements targets in line with our Good Spirited Program, supporting recycled content, recyclability, leveraging best in class partners. Monitor supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and value engineering. Conduct forums to optimize costs and services, achieving economies of scale and productivity gains year on year. Foster strong internal relationships to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Sourcing and Operational Support: Support regional teams in managing supply risks, resolving delivery issues, and implementing quality improvement actions. Ensure clear understanding and implementation of commercial agreements across supply centers. Regularly assess risk and opportunities, providing proactive feedback and solutions. Develop management strategies, such as contingency planning, scenario planning, and the development of resilient supply chains Stay updated on industry trends and share internally to optimize supply, costs, sustainability, and innovation. SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY Education: Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering. Specialization in Purchasing or a CIPS qualification is preferred.
