Responsibilities
- Administer massage and other body treatments to spa guests according to treatment outline.
- Greet guest with proper salutation and a smile.
- Assess and accommodate guest needs inquiring about their physical well being in order to perform appropriate service.

- Uphold and maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the treatment areas and Spa facilities.
- Conduct tours of the facility as requested.
- Provide necessary information to compile complete guest records.
- Treat all sensitive personal medical information on guest in strictest confidence.
- Report any problems incurred immediately to the Lead Massage Provider or the Spa Treatments Manager.
- Report for scheduled shifts promptly and ready to work.
- Maintain a positive, guest service oriented attitude and a sense of humor. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager
- Must be professional, service oriented, accurate, gentle and work with attention to detail, striving to exceed the expectations of every guest every time.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Spa Soft (will train) and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest. Knowledge of guest service and/or hospitality industry a plus.
- Minimum two years administrating massage/body treatment services in a luxury resort or spa setting preferred.
