Responsibilities
- Strategic Technology Roadmapping: Partner with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align HRIS capabilities with overarching business goals, providing strategic recommendations on system enhancements and future AI adoptions.

- Process Transformation: Apply forward-thinking, strategic analysis to identify bottlenecks in current HR workflows, utilizing Workday's automation and AI capabilities to drive capacity, reduce manual intervention, and improve data integrity.
- Change Management & Digital Adoption: Act as an advocate for digital-first mindsets, ensuring that new Workday configurations and AI enhancements are adopted smoothly by leaders and employees across the enterprise.

- What we're looking for...
- You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Strong background in Project Management, with a deep understanding of core Human Resources processes, compliance policies, systems integration, and data governance.
- Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Experience translating complex business needs into robust system requirements, alongside a track record of building comprehensive testing plans and validation scenarios.
- Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with minimal guidance, acting as a trusted subject matter expert.
- Deep understanding of advanced Workday functionalities, including job profiles, evergreen/confidential requisitions, and Workday Docs for automated offer and agreement generation.
- Workday Pro Certifications.
- Experience operating within Agile methodologies, including driving Sprint planning and facilitating scrum ceremonies to ensure continuous delivery.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills with a history of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact, results-oriented solutions.
