THE JOB: As an Apprentice Bartender at MGM Resorts in Las Vegas, you will learn the craft of mixology and earn a pour card, while delivering unforgettable guest experiences in a lively resort setting. You will support bartenders by preparing ingredients, restocking supplies, and ensuring the bar runs smoothly during service. Along the way, you'll gain hands-on training in cocktail preparation, guest interaction, and bar operations. Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs, and respond effectively to guest inquiries THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 21+ years of age 1+ years of experience in a high-volume resort setting.
