- Travel: During the onboarding and training period, some travel to our Milwaukee main campus will be required so you can connect with and train alongside our full team. Once established, you can expect approximately one day per month in Milwaukee to maintain those team connections.
- Work environment: You'll primarily work one-on-one with children, with parents usually outside the testing room. We ensure a supportive environment for both independent and collaborative work, providing the resources and guidance you need.
