Responsibilities
- Drive disproportionate growth of Summit's Hydraulic Business by leading strategy and operations, generating new business and developing high-value customer relationships.
- Lead direct sales efforts by delivering value‑based solutions supported by strong application engineering.

Requirements
- Engineering degree (Chemical or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience with hydraulic systems operating under high load and high pressure
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or product management.
- Proven ability to grow markets and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (around 50%).
