Volunteer Executive

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a passionate Volunteer Executive to join our Volunteer Management Team
• The role is to grow our volunteer pool, build community partnerships, and strengthen volunteer management efforts to support the disadvantaged and vulnerable.
• Engage and liaise with schools, corporates, and community partners for volunteer opportunities
• Manage the full volunteer lifecycle (recruitment, screening, orientation, training, deployment, retention)
• Maintain and enhance volunteer management systems and programmes
• Collate, prepare, and analyse volunteer data for quarterly reports on volunteer and beneficiary outcomes, support Balanced Scorecard performance tracking and impact measurement

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in volunteer management or related areas
• Strong digital skillsets, including proficiency in volunteer management systems and MS Office
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organised, self-motivated, and a strong team player
• Passion for volunteerism; marketing experience is a plus
