Operations Technician

Responsibilities

• Document Management
• Preparing, reviewing, and organizing NDAs
• Managing and updating information in our internal client and pipeline management system (customer relationship management platform - Salesforce )
• Preparing internal documentation and maintaining version control
• Operational Support
• Filing, archiving, and supporting internal workflows
• Coordinating the processing and organization of policy documentation
• Data & Reporting
• Working with internal data analytics and visualization tools ( Qlik Sense ) to extract and structure operational data
• Assisting in preparing dashboards, reports, and internal data insights
• Finance‑Related Tasks
• Preparing and sending invoices
• Supporting financial workflow accuracy and compliance processes
• General Office & Administrative Support
• Coordinating with colleagues across European offices
• Assisting with ad hoc operational and administrative requests
• Candidate Profile
• We are looking for someone who is:
• Organized, reliable, and detail oriented
• Comfortable working in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Motivated to learn, with strong initiative and problem‑solving abilities
