Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver retail marketing strategies and campaigns to drive product sales, brand presence and in-store experience
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns across different Sky products (Sky Glass, Sky Mobile, Sky Broadband) content moments (Football Start of Season, Christmas, etc) and more
  • Use market insights, customer data and trends to shape campaign strategy and improve effectiveness
  • Manage in-store activations, digital activity, promotions and events to create engaging customer journeys
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners (e.g. Currys) mobile partners and agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns
  • Analyse campaign performance, reporting on sales impact, ROI and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Essential Criteria :
  • Campaign delivery - Proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across physical and digital channels, with measurable impact
  • Data-led mindset - Strong ability to use data and insights to optimise performance, identify opportunities and improve outcomes
  • Stakeholder management - Experience working cross-functionally and with external partners/agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns
  • Creativity & brand focus - Ability to develop engaging, on-brand customer experiences that bring propositions to life in retail
  • Organisation & delivery - Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Communication - Confident communicator, with experience presenting clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders
  • Desirable skills and experience:
  • Experience working with major retail partners or co-branded campaigns
  • Background in telecoms, media, or consumer electronics
  • Experience delivering in-store activations or experiential marketing
  • Project management experience across cross-functional teams

  • We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week.
