Responsibilities
- => Finance Support
- Reporting to the regional leader overseeing Hotel Finance for Asia Pacific, you will assist with:
- -Consolidation and analysis of financial data from the hotels in the region.
- -Preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards as part of the month-end process.

- -Assistance with P&C projects and regional initiatives.
- Profile
- -Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related degree program.
- -Comfortable working with data and reporting tools.
- -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- -Familiar with AI-based tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity) to optimize, automate, and enhance reporting, data analysis, and administrative processes.
- -Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- -Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- -Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across diverse cultures and teams.

Requirements
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented hospitality or business school intern to join our Asia Pacific corporate team for a 6-month internship opportunity.
- This unique role will provide exposure to both Finance and Human Resources (called "People & Culture" in our organisation, and abbreviated as "P&C"), supporting the two senior leaders in charge of these functions.
- The internship is ideal for students looking to gain hands-on experience within an international hospitality environment and develop strong analytical, organizational, and business partnering skills.
