Senior Investigator Consultant - Remote GCCA

Requirements

• Knowledge and Experience
• 5+ years of experience in a corporate compliance role handling a variety of complex compliance matters and implementing programs and solutions to meet such requirements
• CEF/CA/Legal qualification required
• Demonstrated experience conducting and managing investigations
• Excellent communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience implementing and supporting compliance programs in complex, technology-driven, or industrial environment
• Knowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, growing company and adjust quickly to change.
• Must be able to manage multiple competing requests and ensure that projects are completed on a timely basis

Maintains a sizable case load, and ensures consistency in compiling evidence, documenting facts and providing direction for next course of action - Engages with external partners, including law enforcement and industry groups to provide thought leadership and strategies for the identification and prevention of fraud - Apply proficient knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures, and local regulations and laws pertaining to credit reporting and related business activities - Assist with ad hoc internal projects within ECD, such as - data analytics, policy changes/revisions, automation of certain manual tasks using AI or other tools, etc. - Assist or develop risk assessment programs to support the ECD program. - Support the anti-corruption program and activities. - Collaborate with colleagues across the enterprise to ensure alignment on program initiatives.
