About the role

My Code is seeking a strategic and revenue-driven Account Director, Brand Partnerships to lead growth across a portfolio of high-value brand and agency relationships. Requirements

  • 5 - 8+ years of experience in media sales, branded content, or integrated marketing partnerships, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success driving both net-new business and expansion revenue across brand and agency partners (entertainment and tech verticals).
  • Established relationships within agencies and/or direct brand marketers, with the ability to open doors and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Experience managing complex sales processes, including executive presentations, negotiation, and multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, branded content, experiential, sponsorships, and cross-platform marketing solutions.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client business objectives into customized, insight-led proposals.
  • Highly organized with disciplined pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting experience.
  • Collaborative approach, with experience partnering cross-functionally to bring integrated programs to market.
