What you'll do... As the Learning & Development Manager , you will support three properties, Hyde Mexico City Reforma, Mama Shelter Roma and Mondrian Mexico City Condesa. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with our organization's strategic goals and enhance employee performance. Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that supports organizational objectives and promotes a culture of continuous learning Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules to address skill gaps and improve employee performance Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored development plans Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure its effective utilization across the organization Support with People & Culture functions as needed Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources Analyze training effectiveness through various metrics and prepare reports for senior management Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development Ensure compliance of Ennismore ESG initiatives and rollouts Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations in all training initiatives What we're looking for... We are seeking a dynamic training professional with a minimum of two years' experience in training, development or human resources Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs and leadership development initiatives Strong communication, organization and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and instructional design tools Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Data analysis and reporting abilities to measure and communicate training effectiveness Knowledge of talent development best practices and industry trends Familiarity with Mexican labor laws, regulations and compliance Collaborative leadership style with a vision for driving organizational growth through employee development What's in it for you...
