Get to Know the Team We're looking for a dynamic Team Lead, Partner Trust to join our organization in Singapore. Get to Know the Role You will lead a dedicated team responsible for building and maintaining trust with our partner ecosystem. You will drive strategic initiatives that strengthen partner relationships, enhance satisfaction, and ensure long-term collaboration success. This is a one year contract role, reporting to the Manager, Partner Trust at our Grab One North Office. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform Lead, mentor, and motivate a team focused on partner trust initiatives and relationship management Develop and execute comprehensive partner trust strategies aligned with organizational objectives Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners and stakeholders Monitor and analyze partner satisfaction metrics, trust indicators, and engagement levels to identify improvement opportunities Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Collaborate with cross-functional departments including operations, compliance, and business development to ensure seamless partner experiences Identify, assess, and mitigate partner-related risks and concerns proactively Prepare and present regular reports on partner trust KPIs, initiatives, and outcomes to senior leadership Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance partner trust and operational efficiency Support partner onboarding and training programs to ensure successful engagement What Essential Skills You Will Need Proven experience leading and managing teams in a corporate environment Demonstrated expertise in partner relationship management and stakeholder engagement Strong understanding of trust-building principles and relationship development strategies Experience analyzing and improving partner satisfaction and trust metrics Proficiency in identifying and mitigating relationship risks Experience in partner operations, business development, or similar relationship-focused roles Life at Grab We care about your well-being at Grab, here are some of the global benefits we offer: We have your back with Term Life Insurance and comprehensive Medical Insurance.
