IT Customer Experience intern

Responsibilities

• Explore and validate growth opportunities for Clarios, enabled through the Customer Experience (CX) program.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying market trends and potential expansion avenues.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Develop executive-level presentations to communicate findings and strategic proposals.
• Coordinate and support events and activities across multiple countries.

• What You Bring (Qualifications)
• Active student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Development, International Relations, or a related field
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish & English) required
• Interest in business strategy, market analysis, and customer experience
• Experience with data analysis and presentation tools is a plus (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
