Forge & Build is hiring a Yard Supervisor at our facility in Monona, IA , and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. The Yard Supervisor is responsible for leading daily yard operations and standards, managing the yard team, ensuring a great customer experience, and driving safety standards at all times throughout the yard. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (Includes working weekends) Primary Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining yard inventory control and procedures. Responsible for planning and coordinating all deliveries and transfers. Responsible for coordinating all shipping and receiving activities. Maintains a safe and organized yard environment. Ensures completion of all routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment cleaning. Responsible for all loading and unloading of building materials while strictly maintaining safety standards. Responsible for general yard standards and building cleanup in accordance with company standards. Maintains a safe and hazard-free workplace at all times. Serves as an advocate for driving and promoting company culture and upholding high standards of customer experience. Maintains all safety requirements and ensures all safety training is completed. Maintains organization and proper maintenance of all yard operations. Ensures all loads are accurate and delivered in a timely manner. Communicates issues that could impact the business to the Store Manager in a timely and effective manner. Assists with various other duties as assigned by the Store Manager. Why EquipmentShare?
