Business Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, approaches, and techniques.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Vietnamese (written and spoken) is required to liaise with Vietnamese-speaking clients, business partners, and stakeholders, and to support projects involving Vietnam-based operations and market expansion initiatives.

Additional Information

Job Description Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements from clients and stakeholders. Create detailed requirement specifications, user stories, and functional documentation. Develop workflow diagrams, process maps, and wireframes for complex business use cases when required. Determine operational objectives by analysing business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend system enhancements through the study of current practices and workflows. Assess and communicate the financial and operational impact of proposed changes. Collaborate closely with development teams to transfer business requirements and domain knowledge. Support Project Managers in project scoping, effort estimation, resource planning, and project delivery activities. Work with clients, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure business requirements are fully understood and successfully implemented. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), requirement validation, and solution reviews.
