Responsibilities
- Setting up and managing new Income Protection claims
- Requesting and reviewing medical evidence from GPs, consultants and other specialists

- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

We're looking for a Claims Consultant to join our Retail Claims team in Hove. This is a customer-facing role where you'll be speaking with customers about new and ongoing claims around Income Protection, gathering the right information, and helping make sure claims are handled accurately, calmly and with care. Offering a salary of £25,000.
