Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations. 8. Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass Connections employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community members and complying with required dress code at all times. Other Responsibilities: 1. Ensures surveillance equipment and other equipment is operational. 2. Ensures all records and logs are maintained in accordance with policies. 3. Coordinates and oversees compliance of facility access protocols and collaborates with security subcontractors to ensure the security of entire facility (to include monitoring through surveillance and in person). 4. Other duties as assigned.
