Job Summary : The Sales Director is responsible for leading and driving the sales team of our computation power service company to achieve ambitious sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker, an excellent leader, and a results-oriented professional who can develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain high-level client relationships, and manage the overall sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and market trends. Set clear sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Analyze market data, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and growth areas. Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
