About the role

You will support customers in making and managing bookings for sports facilities. This is a customer-facing role where you handle enquiries promptly, follow booking terms and conditions, and ensure successful end-to-end booking processing.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with enquiries on sports facility bookings (email/mailbox follow-up)
  • Ensure customers adhere to booking terms and conditions and support timely payment follow-up

  • Support user administration and system testing for the mobile application
  • Provide additional operational support to the team when required
  • Job Requirements
  • Diploma qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Prior experience with facility bookings is preferred
