Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Own and manage assigned MQ Power product lines through the full lifecycle, including development, optimization, cost reduction, and end-of-life decisions

- Performance, Pricing & Inventory
- Monitor product performance, warranty trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with Supply Chain to manage inventory levels aligned with demand
- Support pricing strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Service, Parts, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance teams
- Provide product training and application expertise to internal teams and customers
- Support marketing initiatives, technical documentation, and trade show participation
- Market Intelligence & Communication
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research
- Communicate product updates, improvements, and key insights across internal teams and external partners
- What You Bring
- Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of product management or related experience within power equipment, industrial machinery, or manufacturing industries
- Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of power generation equipment, generators, or related industrial products preferred
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and product documentation
- Technical aptitude in mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Business & Analytical Skills
- Experience managing product lifecycles, including new product introduction and profitability optimization
- Strong analytical skills in market research, competitive analysis, and financial evaluation
- Proven ability to manage multiple product lines and priorities
- Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and leadership
- Strong presentation and training capabilities

- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with product management or roadmapping tools is a plus

- $90,000.00-$115,000.00/Yr
