Responsibilities

  • Recruitment, Selection & Offboarding
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process under the guidance of the Head, People & Culture, including job postings, candidate shortlisting, reference checks, and providing support to hiring managers.
  • Obtain the necessary employment permits for non-local employees.
  • Prepare administrative forms and documentation for new employees upon commencement.
  • Manage the offboarding process under the guidance of the Manager, People & Culture, including resignation acceptance, preparation of separation documents, coordination with relevant parties for handover and offboarding, and arranging exit interviews.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Administer payroll processes, including related statutory submissions such as CPF and Income Tax.
  • Administer staff benefits, including leave, claims, EAP, insurance, and other related matters.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact to support employees' HR needs and enquiries.
  • Communicate regularly with employees regarding HR matters.
  • Provide support for employee engagement and organisation development initiatives.
  • Administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including learning and development, recognition and rewards, performance management, employee welfare, employee relations, communications, and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage and coordinate WICA claims, employee insurance matters, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and replenish name cards (digital or physical).
  • Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in HR with 3 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll systems; experience using BIPO software would be an advantage.
  • Candidates with prior experience in the social service or NGO sector will be preferred.

HR Executive Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm Salary Range: $3,000 - $4,000 Location: East (Geylang)
