About the role

Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, public health and mechanical building services installations. Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and programme management. Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications. Good communication and organisational skills. Full UK Driving Licence.
